This impressive WB gelding by Kaptain stands at 16.2hh and 14 years old.
Professionally started and produced to 1* level eventing, River has gone on to be a successful mount for both amateur and junior riders in eventing and showjumping.
Having now competed to 2** level eventing and elementary dressage with his previous amateur owner, River has then taken a young rider from 80cm right through to jumping 1.35 classes.
He is now however much happier up to 95/1m in competitions and is looking for a rider who wants a lovely genuine horse to enjoy for low level eventing, showjumping up to 1m or even dressage as he is is a lovely mover with all the buttons in place!
River is a total sweetheart and loves to be around people, horses and in work. Great to ride both on the arena, on trails and at comps he is an easy horse to fall head over heels in love with. His only dislike is the farrier so requires some management around this.
River does have ringbone in both front feet which will need to be managed for lower level competition.
